Tactical Carbine

Tactical Carbine is a course designed for the student who has any level of training utilizing the carbine in a tactical role. This course is designed to instruct you in shooting a carbine in a strictly defensive mode.

Pre Requisites:
There are no prerequisites for this course other a willingness
to learn and the ability to demonstrate safe weapons handling
skills.

Cost:
$400/person

What you’ll learn:

  • Zeroing your carbine’s sighting system and confirmation of
    zero.
  • Proper manipulation of your carbine including, loading,
  • unloading, reloading, and malfunction clearances.
  • Multiple target engagement at varying distances.

Required Equipment:

  • A quality carbine of at least .223/5.56mm with all associated
    equipment.
  • At least three magazines, magazine pouches, and
    tactical belt.
  • At least 150 rounds of ball ammunition. 20 rounds of defensive
    ammunition to verify function/zero.
  • Eye and Ear Protection.
  • A properly mounted optic if desired.
  • Note taking material.
  • Water, food, clothing, and sunscreen etc. as needed to maintain
    comfort.
