Route 66 Shooting Sports Park is looking to expand our team! We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Range Safety Officer & Operations Team. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Firearms experience is highly recommended. Candidates should possess excellent observation skills and be able to identify safety violations and unsafe range behavior. Previous military & law enforcement experience, & bilingual is a plus, but not at all required. Our range is focused on safety with a hospitality approach, customer service is a top priority, second only to safety. 

We are currently seeking full time candidates only.

Regular Duties:

• Ensure all safety rules and guidelines are followed by all guests at all times
• Greet & Escort guests to their designated shooting areas
• Provide a safety and rules brief for our guests
• Assist guests with placing targets 
• Keep track of guests and shooting areas
• Ensure the range and property are in clean and safe condition
• Assist with range upkeep and maintenance
• Participate in Firearms and Product Sales if desired

Compensation is dependent upon experience, compensation range between $16-18/hr starting. Training will be provided. All applicants must be able to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and maintain the COE during employment.

We are looking for qualified candidates to fill an multi-role position. Candidates must have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Knowledge of firearms and shooting related products is a must.

Regular Duties

• Organize store room
• Maintain inventory count of front of shelved products
• Maintain inventory count of store room
• Assist in clerical duties
• Assist in Checking in guests and taking payment
• Organize files and documentation

Skills & Qualities

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Detail oriented
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft & Google suite applications
• Bilingual is a plus

Compensation is dependent upon experience, compensation range between $16-18/hr starting. Training will be provided. All applicants must pass a background check and drug screening, including marijuana use. All applicants must be able to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and maintain the COE during employment.

We are seeking experienced and qualified individuals to assist in our full-service gun store and pro-shop!

Regular Duties

• Assist Guests in product sales
• Educate and inform guests on product features & benefits
• Track and manage product inventory
• Generate sales reports
• Assist in marketing efforts and content creation
• Assist in purchasing and product procurement

 Applicants should possess the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Firearms or related industry experience
• Previous experience in sales in the firearms & sporting goods industries
• Firm understanding of regulatory and compliance for firearms sales and related activities

Compensation is dependent upon experience, compensation ranges between $17-20/hr starting, with a robust commission structure on most product categories. Training and familiarization with systems and policies will be provided. All applicants must be able to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and maintain the COE during employment.
