If your DROS is denied due a soft denial, such as a clerical error, 1-in-30 day violation, or failure to pick up within 30-days, then a new DROS can be completed, and you will be responsible for the additional DROS fee.
If you are unable to pass a background check due to a hard denial, then you forfeit a 25% fee that will not be refundable. This fee is assessed as the serialized item was held pending your background check, and unable to be offered for sale during the pending status.
We are not currently offering any special orders. Requests for stocking can be made if you don’t see a particular model available.
